Intrys ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how you can control it. We comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Information we collect

• Account details: name, email, phone, password (hashed)
• Order details: shipping address, GSTIN (if provided), order history
• Payment metadata: we never see or store your card / UPI credentials - those go directly to our payment gateway (Razorpay)
• Device & usage: browser, IP, pages visited - used to improve the site

How we use it

• To process and deliver your orders
• To issue GST-compliant invoices
• To send order updates by email, SMS and WhatsApp
• To respond to your support queries
• To send marketing emails - only if you opt in (unsubscribe any time)

Sharing

We share data only with the partners required to fulfil your order: courier companies, payment gateways and the brand for warranty purposes. We never sell your data.

Cookies

We use functional cookies to remember your cart, theme preference and recent searches. Analytics cookies (privacy-friendly, IP-anonymised) help us understand how the site is used.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data by writing to privacy@intrys.in. Account deletion is processed within 7 working days, subject to legal record-keeping (invoices retained for 8 years per Indian tax law).

Security

All traffic to intrys.in is encrypted with TLS 1.3. Passwords are stored using bcrypt. Card data is tokenised by our PCI-DSS certified payment gateway.
