Shipping Policy

We dispatch every Intrys order from our Bengaluru warehouse using brand-authorised trusted couriers including Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, Ekart and India Post for remote PIN codes.

Shipping charges

• Orders above ₹ 99,999: FREE pan-India shipping
• Orders below ₹ 99,999: flat ₹ 499 shipping (₹ 999 to North-East, J&K, Ladakh)
• Software / digital licences: no shipping fee, instant email delivery

Dispatch & delivery timelines

• Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune: next-day delivery for in-stock items ordered before 2 PM IST
• Other metros & tier-1 cities: 2-3 working days
• Tier-2/3 cities & rural PIN codes: 3-7 working days
• Bulk orders (10+ units) ship within 2-4 working days

Tracking

You'll receive tracking details by SMS, email and WhatsApp once your order is handed over to the courier. Track any time from your account dashboard.

Packaging

All electronics ship in their original sealed manufacturer packaging, placed inside a sturdy outer carton with shock-absorbing fillers. Servers and large items are wooden-crated where required.

International shipping

Intrys currently ships only within India. For overseas requirements, please contact us.

Failed deliveries

Couriers attempt delivery up to 3 times. If undelivered, the order will be returned to us and refunded after deducting actual courier charges.
