By accessing intrys.in or placing an order, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and capable of entering a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

2. Pricing & availability

All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. We do our best to keep stock and pricing accurate. In rare cases of pricing or stock errors, we may cancel an order with full refund.

3. Order acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to buy. The contract is formed only when we issue a tax invoice and dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or violate these terms.

4. Payment

All payments are processed via Razorpay or other regulated payment gateways. Intrys does not store your full card or UPI credentials.

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines on the site are estimates. Delays caused by force majeure (natural disasters, government action, courier strikes) are outside our control.

6. Returns & warranty

Governed by our Returns Policy and Warranty Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All content on intrys.in - including text, layout, brand mark and product photography (where shot by us) - is © Intrys. Brand names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used to identify products only.

8. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any order shall not exceed the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
