Common questions.
Will my data train OpenAI's public models?
No. Azure OpenAI and Vertex AI keep your prompts and data inside your tenant. Microsoft and Google contractually do not use it for training.
Can the agent hallucinate?
We use Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) so answers come from your sources, with citations. We also set a confidence threshold below which the agent escalates to a human.
Do you offer Copilot Studio or only Azure OpenAI?
Both. Copilot Studio is fastest for business users; Azure OpenAI / Vertex AI offer more control for engineering teams. We'll recommend the right one.
What about prompt-injection / jailbreaks?
We layer Microsoft Prompt Shields / content filters, restrict tool calls, log prompts, and review high-risk paths quarterly.
