Do we need to migrate with you to be managed by you?
No. We onboard inherited environments too - the first 2 weeks include an audit and tagging/runbook cleanup so we can support cleanly.
How do you bill Azure consumption?
Two options: (1) keep your existing EA / direct billing and we manage on top, or (2) we bring you under our CSP with INR + GST invoicing and a 5% partner discount we pass on.
What's your average cost-saving in year one?

What ITSM tool do you use?
