Can you migrate us from Gmail / Zoho / GoDaddy / Rediff to Microsoft 365 without losing any email?
Yes. We use Microsoft’s migration tooling plus our own pre-flight checklist. Standard projects move all email, contacts and calendars over a weekend with zero downtime. We give you a written rollback plan in case anything ever needs reversing — we’ve never used it.
Will Microsoft 365 work with Tally, Busy or our existing accounting software?
Yes. M365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) sits alongside Tally / Busy / Zoho Books without conflict. We can also connect them via Power Automate so quotes, invoices and approvals flow between them automatically.
How long does a server-to-Azure migration take?
For a typical SMB with 1–3 servers (Tally, file server, ERP), 4–6 weeks end-to-end including assessment, sizing, pilot, cutover and 2 weeks of hypercare. Larger estates run in phases of 4–8 weeks per wave.
Is the M365 licence price fixed in INR? Will it keep changing?
You buy through us as your Microsoft CSP, so the INR price is locked for your contract term (annual). You get one consolidated GST invoice every month/year — no separate Microsoft billing in dollars.
What’s the smallest engagement you’ll take on?
A single 5-mailbox email migration or a 20-user MFA rollout. There’s no minimum size — if it’s the right first step for you, it’s the right first step for us.
Do you provide DPDPA-compliant deployments?
Yes. Our security & M365 baselines are mapped to DPDPA, ISO 27001 and the CIS Benchmarks. We also provide the documentation auditors and customers ask to see.
What if something breaks 6 months after go-live?
Every project ships with documentation, warranty on configuration for 90 days, and an option to continue on a managed plan. Even without a managed plan, we won’t ghost you — we just bill on T&M for ad-hoc work.
