Please do. “Things are slow,” “I feel insecure,” “We just want IT off our plate” are valid starting points. The discovery call is built to translate gut feel into a clear problem.

Will I get a sales call I can’t escape?

No. The first call is a 30-minute conversation with a consultant, not a salesperson. If we’re not the right fit you’ll know on that call — we won’t hound you afterwards.

I just want pricing for one thing. Can you skip the discovery?

Yes. For licences and a few packaged projects (email migration, Wi-Fi survey, MFA rollout, smart classroom kit) we have indicative pricing online. Mention what you want and we’ll send a one-pager with numbers.

Can we sign an NDA before talking?

Of course. Mention it in your message and we’ll send our standard mutual NDA before the discovery call.

Yes — pan-India. About 70% of our work is delivered remotely. For on-site work we have certified field partners in 12+ cities.
