Pricing FAQs

Do you negotiate pricing?
For standard scopes - no, the published price is the price. For multi-service bundles, multi-year managed contracts or 100+ user projects - yes, we offer scoped discounts of up to 25%.
What payment terms do you offer?
Projects: 40% advance, 40% on UAT sign-off, 20% on go-live. Subscriptions: monthly in advance via UPI, NEFT or credit card. NET-30 available for established corporates and government.
Are these prices final?
They are starter prices for the listed scope. Real-world projects vary - we always send a written, fixed-fee proposal after a 30-60 minute discovery call so you know the exact price before signing.
Can we pay in EMI?
Yes - 3, 6, 9 and 12-month no-cost EMI is available for project values above ₹50,000 via partner banks (HDFC, ICICI, Axis, Kotak).
Is GST extra or included?
All quoted prices are excluding 18% GST. We are GST-registered (GSTIN issued in Karnataka) and provide a tax invoice for full ITC claim.
What about price escalation for managed services?
Monthly subscription prices are locked for the contract term (typically 12 months). At renewal, escalation is capped at 8% per year or India CPI - whichever is lower.
