No. Omada Cloud is free - any internet-connected EAP joins your dashboard at omada.tplinkcloud.com. Buy OC200 / OC300 only if you want on-prem control or have very large deployments (200+ APs).
TP-Link Omada matches Meraki / Aruba on captive portal, RADIUS, VLANs, multi-site - at roughly one-third the price - with no annual licence. Compared to Ubiquiti UniFi, the feature set is similar; Omada has better captive-portal SMS / SMS-OTP support out-of-the-box for Indian compliance, while UniFi has nicer dashboard polish.
Yes. We configure mandatory SMS / email OTP login, store visitor logs for the required period, and can ship logs to your existing log-server / Sentinel.
Not on the same controller - they're different management planes. We typically deploy Deco for homes/founders, EAP for offices and beyond. We can stage migration if you outgrow Deco.
Stock APs: 3-7 working days pan-India. Survey + install for <10 APs: 1-2 days onsite. Larger campuses: 1-3 weeks phased. Site-survey is free for orders above 5 APs.
TP-Link offers 3 years on most EAP business APs (lifetime on selected SMB switches). We coordinate the RMA for you and our optional AMC includes a hot-spare AP on standby.
