Tell us what’s broken. We’ll show you the fix.
Forget vendor jargon. Every solution below starts with a real business pain — the kind you actually feel on a Monday morning — and ends with the right mix of Microsoft, Google, network and AI technology to make it go away.
The honest truth: most IT problems aren’t really IT problems.
They’re business problems wearing a tech disguise. “The Wi-Fi is bad” usually means “I lost a sales call yesterday.” “The report is late” usually means “I made a decision in the dark this week.” Pick the symptom that bothers you most below — we’ll go from pain to plan in one short conversation.
Jump to the area that matches your painFiles, email and apps - safely accessible from anywhere.
The pain: Files scattered across local drives. Email on a server in the cabin nobody dares to touch. Apps that only work on the office LAN.
- Microsoft 365 for email, Teams, files and identity
- Microsoft Azure for hosting servers, apps and SQL workloads
- Google Cloud / Workspace when that's the better fit
- Backups & DR so ransomware never wins
Result: work-from-anywhere, lower downtime, no more "I forgot the file at the office."
Stop paying smart people to do robot work.
The pain: Approvals via email. Invoices typed twice. Onboarding checklists in Excel. Teams burning out doing tasks a bot could.
- Power Automate for forms, approvals and integrations
- AI Agents grounded on your knowledge base / docs
- Microsoft 365 Copilot rolled out safely with governance
- Document AI for invoices, POs, contracts and KYC
Result: hours back per person per week, fewer human errors, faster cycle times.
Decide on data, not on gut feel.
The pain: Reports built in Excel by one person who's always on leave. Numbers that don't tie out. KPIs that arrive a week too late.
- Power BI dashboards for every function
- Connectors for Tally, Zoho, Salesforce, SQL, GA4, Excel
- Scheduled refresh + mobile alerts on KPI breaches
- Row-level security so people see only their data
Result: leadership sees the business in real time; meetings get shorter and sharper.
The Wi-Fi that just works - everywhere.
The pain: Calls drop in the conference room. Wi-Fi signal vanishes near the warehouse. "The internet is slow" - again.
- On-site survey + heat-map design
- Enterprise mesh (Ubiquiti, Cisco, Fortinet)
- Structured cabling and switch closets done right
- VLANs, guest networks and content filtering
Result: zero dead spots, predictable bandwidth, happy meetings.
Smart classrooms that teachers actually use.
The pain: Smart-boards collecting dust. Teachers reverting to chalk. Parents and admin coordinating on WhatsApp.
- Classroom AV - interactive panels, projection, audio
- Campus Wi-Fi designed for 1:1 device programs
- Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace for Education
- Teacher and IT staff training included
Result: better learning experience, easier admin, future-ready campus.
The right machine for the right job.
The pain: Designers waiting 10 minutes for a render. Accountants stuck on Excel. Developers compiling on coffee breaks.
- Engineering & CAD workstations (Dell Precision, HP Z, Lenovo P)
- Creator desktops with NVIDIA RTX
- Trader / finance multi-monitor setups
- School computer labs done right
Result: less waiting, more producing - measured in minutes saved per task.
Sleep better. Pass the next audit.
The pain: Phishing emails getting through. Passwords on sticky notes. Backups that may or may not work. The DPDPA notice you keep meaning to read.
- Zero-Trust baseline (identity, device, data, email)
- Microsoft Defender XDR + Sentinel SOC
- Microsoft Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access
- DPDPA-aligned DLP & sensitivity labels
Result: fewer incidents, faster detection, audit-ready evidence.
Be your IT department - or extend it.
The pain: Hiring full-time IT is expensive. Calling a freelancer when something breaks is risky. Patching, monitoring and tickets eat your week.
- Helpdesk (email, phone, Teams) with India-based staff
- Patch management and asset tracking
- 24x7 incident response and SLAs
- Monthly reports + quarterly business reviews
Result: predictable monthly cost, predictable response times, predictable peace of mind.
How an Intrys engagement actually works.
Quick answers to what people ask before booking the first call.
Do I have to pick a single solution? What if I have many problems?
Most clients have 3–5 things they want fixed. We sequence them: pick the one that bleeds the most money or causes the most stress, fix that first in a 2–4 week sprint, and then move to the next. You’re never asked to commit to a multi-year transformation upfront.
Will you push me towards Microsoft if Google or open-source is better?
No. We’re partners with both Microsoft and Google Cloud, and we use whichever fits the workload, the team and the budget. We’ll tell you when an open-source or non-Microsoft option is the right call — and document why.
How are projects priced?
Fixed-fee. After the discovery call we send a one-pager with scope, timeline, deliverables and price in INR (with GST). You sign once. No hourly billing surprises. See indicative pricing →
What if we already have an internal IT team?
Even better. We slot in alongside them, focused on cloud, Microsoft, security and Power Platform work. Internal IT keeps owning the day-to-day; we own the strategic build. Many of our happiest clients are internal IT managers who finally got a partner who lifts work, not creates it.
Can you guarantee outcomes?
We guarantee deliverables, timelines and that the technology works as designed. For business outcomes (e.g. “save 12 hours/week”) we set baselines and measure jointly — and our quarterly reviews are built around them.
What’s included after go-live?
Every project ships with documentation, knowledge-transfer to your team, and a 2–4 week hypercare window included free. Beyond that you can opt into a managed plan or just keep our number.
