Pricing FAQs

Do we really need a paid Power Automate licence?

For flows that only touch Microsoft 365 standard connectors (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Dataverse-for-Teams), the seeded rights in M365 are usually enough. For premium connectors (SQL on-prem, HTTP, custom, SAP, Salesforce, on-prem Tally) you need a Per-User or Per-Flow plan - we model the cheaper of the two in our proposal.

Per-User vs Per-Flow - which is cheaper?

Rule of thumb: if a flow runs for many users (e.g. company-wide leave approvals), Per-Flow wins. If one power user makes many flows for themselves, Per-User wins. We crunch the numbers on the discovery call.

How are AI Builder credits priced?

Sold in 1-million-credit packs at ₹ 42,000 / month MRP. Invoice processing uses ~500 credits per page, so 1M credits = ~2,000 invoice pages. We forecast usage in the proposal and recommend the right pack size.

RPA - attended vs unattended?

Attended bots run on a user's PC while they watch (cheap, included in Per-User w/ RPA). Unattended bots run 24x7 on a dedicated machine - needs the unattended add-on (₹ 12,500 / bot / month MRP).

Do you support non-Microsoft platforms?

For pure non-Microsoft automation we typically recommend Zapier / Make for very small use-cases, or n8n / Workato for larger ones. For anything that touches Microsoft 365, Dataverse or Tally / SAP, Power Automate is almost always the most cost-effective. We're happy to compare.
