For tiers above, we lock the scope (sources, dashboards, training) and the price. If your project doesn't fit a tier, we run a 1-hour discovery and quote on T&M with daily rate ₹ 14,000 / engineer-day and a clear cap.

Pricing FAQs
How do you handle Microsoft licence procurement?
Either you buy direct from Microsoft at MRP, or you buy through Intrys under the Microsoft CSP programme. CSP gives you one Indian INR invoice (no FX/credit-card hassles), 24x7 support and access to promotional discounts when Microsoft runs them.
Do you bill per hour?
No - all packages above are fixed-scope, fixed-price so you know the total before you commit. T&M is only used for ad-hoc work outside the tiers, at ₹ 14,000 / engineer-day with a written cap.
Can we start small and upgrade?
Yes. Most clients start with Starter (3 dashboards), validate the value, then upgrade to Business or Enterprise. The starter data model is re-used - you only pay for the new scope.
Is Fabric worth it for our size?
Below ~30 Power BI users, stay on Pro / PPU - much cheaper. Above that, Fabric F64 starts to make sense because viewers don't need individual licences. We model both options in our proposal.
What about offshore / hybrid teams?
For 24x5 BI operations we offer a hybrid model with engineers in India + on-shore lead - quoted separately under Managed BI Operate.
Discounts for NGOs, schools and startups?
Yes - we pass through Microsoft's non-profit / academic pricing, and offer 10% off implementation for registered schools and recognised NGOs.
